Shipping Information

Shipping is done by freight and brought to your door step. It normally takes 2-3 weeks for it to arrive after it gets shipped, certain locations might take longer. Delivery rates may increase with Special request i.e Stairs, please ask for details. White Glove delivery is also available upon request.

All deliveries in the Southern California area are done on a route basis, based on the delivery company's time frame. Normal Los Angeles delivery days are Saturday and Friday for Inland Empire/Orange County.

Returns

All custom orders are final sale (no refunds), any cancellations would result in forfeiting ones deposit on order. All final payments are done with card or cash, no checks.

Stock furniture pieces are eligible for a refund within 14 days after delivery, but a restocking fee will be charged to the client.
